Made in Scandinavia

One collector.
A complete system.

A wall-mounted solar-air collector with a high-performance super-absorber.

It recirculates indoor air, warms it with available solar energy and returns solar-warmed air to the room.

Included with your collector

The collector, duct, fan box, thermostat and connection components, cover plate, and your choice of an adjustable 5–12 V adapter or a 10 W solar module.

Freight is not included.

Need a company invoice?

All orders require 100% payment upfront before processing. We do not offer 30-day payment terms.

For an invoice, we will need your legal company name, business ID or VAT number, company billing address, invoice email and, optionally, a company reference. For company-invoice questions, contact us.

Alternative payment methods, such as bank transfer, cash or selected cryptocurrency, can only be arranged through direct communication with us.

Product details

Slim by design.

The collector combines a slim stainless-steel frame with robust, continuous corners. Its seamless folded construction creates a unified edge with fewer exposed joints and a clean architectural finish.

FULLBLACK

Quality, by design.

Premium materials that protect and shape Fullblack.

A study of Fullblack's selected material layers Selected materials float in a grey studio: a clear multiwall front, heat-resistant rubber and silicone seals, a heat-resistant polymer spacer, a selective solar super-absorber, robust profiles, high thermal insulation, a white reinforced composite backing, and a stainless steel enclosure. The profiles support the absorber above the insulation, leaving space for air circulation. The spacer separates the cover from the absorber. The cover's manufacturer-stated solar-radiation resistance is 10 years or more. The layers come together within a clean rectangular stainless steel enclosure. This illustrates material construction rather than the complete internal system. Scroll to assemble and turn the product once, revealing two rear duct connectors and a 35 millimetre depth annotation at side-on views. The front glazing and rear backing sit close to the inner border of the straight-sided outer enclosure. Approximate dimensions are 1000 by 750 by 35 millimetres, area 0.75 square metres and weight 6 kilograms. Stated airflow is 43 cubic metres per hour, fan input 6 watts, and power options are a 10-watt solar supply or a 5-to-12-volt adapter.

Easy installation.
The key installation step is making 51 mm wall openings.

Designed for suitable homes, cabins, garages and workshops with an appropriate sun-facing exterior wall. Actual performance depends on sunlight, orientation, shading, airflow, installation and the building itself.

INSIDE

The finer engineering details of what’s inside Fullblack, and how it works its magic, remain our little secret.

secret

Inside Fullblack

More than a
black surface.

Not ordinary black-painted sheet metal. Fullblack uses a purpose-developed, selective super-absorber that captures sunlight while limiting heat radiation towards the colder front glazing. Only 0.2 mm thick, it combines 95% solar absorptance with 5% thermal emittance. Its low thermal mass lets it respond immediately when the sun appears and transfer heat to circulating room air.

01

Black paint is not enough

Ordinary black paint absorbs sunlight well, but also tends to emit heat strongly. A warmed black-painted sheet can therefore radiate substantial heat towards colder front glazing, leaving less heat for the air. Limiting that loss matters especially in freezing weather.

02

Selective, not just black

Fullblack's super-absorber captures 95% of incoming solar radiation while its thermal emittance is just 5%. It absorbs short-wave sunlight strongly and limits long-wave heat radiation. These properties describe different wavelength ranges, not the overall efficiency of the collector.

03

Responds immediately

An absorber must transfer heat quickly when the sun briefly breaks through. Fullblack's 0.2 mm super-absorber has very little mass to heat first, so it responds immediately when sunshine returns and passes heat to the circulating air. Even short sunny spells can contribute useful warmth.

Finnish sisu.
Made in Scandinavia.

Nordic map with Finland highlighted in yellow

We have developed and manufactured solar-air collectors since the beginning of the 2000s. Our Finnish-born founder brought a practical kind of sisu to the work: keep improving, keep building and do not give up when a more efficient energy solution can be invented.
